No, there is no New Game Plus mode in Horizon Forbidden West. Once you complete the game for the first time, your only option to play it again in a higher difficulty is to start again and manually select a more difficult way (if applicable). Of course, you will not take your game of the previous game.

This can be a disappointment for those who enjoyed the way after playing the original game, but it is worth noting that Horizon Zero Dawn did not really have New Game Plus in the launch. Instead, the game was added as a post-launch support in the form of update. There are many reasons to believe that the Games Guerrilla developer will do the same with Forbidden West, so do not fear: play the game on the launch, and then you should not have to wait too long until a new patch is published and the mode is available.
