This question can not be answered so flatly, as the guild work never rests and there is always something to do. On some days it is more and others less. However, I have to say that someone takes over a major role of a guild, shine through high activity and participation, as this reliefs the other officers. On the other hand, it is important for the members that someone is there in a concern that helps them.

And what are you doing in detail? How does it work for example the acquisition of new members?

Every day, if I log in to ESO, there is my first plot in the greeting of the guild. Then I turn to the open applications and the guild bank. Since many players use the guild bench as garbage bearings (consciously or unconsciously), these must be tidy daily, so everyone has the opportunity to store things.
